Return Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the "GIANKO" online store in Greece via the internet at gianko.gr.

Order cancellation

There is a possibility to cancel the order in the online store.

To cancel your order, you can either send an email to: info@gianko.gr, or call our call center at 2810-285096 (charged accordingly) with the pricing policy of your telecommunications provider).

In case you have already paid for your order and your order has not been placed with the transport company, then we will refund you the corresponding monetary value immediately, in the same way you made your transaction.

In case your order has been placed with the transport company, then the The refund of the canceled order will be made in the same way you made your transaction as soon as the products are returned to "GIANKO" and you will be charged the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the relevant refund.


Transfer of order or returned products

Receipt of returned products can only be made from the address you stated from the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.

You agree to give "GIANKO" as much detail as possible about the delivery or delivery address of the goods, for example floor, difficulties of access of the carrier / courier , existence of an elevator, information for narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the process of delivery / receipt from the place that you will indicate to us.

Return of value of returned products 

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return reduced by the value of the shipping costs in case of withdrawal or change of mind, except in the case of products proven to be defective. 

Refunds are always made in the same way you made the initial transaction and within 15 days of the return of the returned products in excellent condition shipped by the company.

Refund of the price of the returned products will be realized as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing about the return request of the products within 15 days from their delivery to your place and we accept their return as well as if our products have been delivered by the cooperating transport company / courier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of damage or loss of components through the fault of the customer.
